Download the Windows agent for a control-room PC (Ross / ATEM / Hollyland). Phones do not need this — they use Ops.

Portable zip · setup once · no token on phones

Download agent zip Open Ops
  1. Unzip on the control-room PC
  2. Run setup.bat once
  3. Run run.bat
  4. Open http://127.0.0.1:8787/ → Settings
  5. Enable Ross and/or ATEM · Hollyland Videohub · Railway uplink

Zip has no secrets and no .venv. Cloud token stays in your PC’s config.yaml after you paste it in Settings.

Companion relay (two studios)

Lets Companion on Network A press a button on Companion on Network B via Railway.

  1. Unzip on both Companion PCs and run run.bat
  2. Set site_id to studio-a and studio-b, paste the hub token
  3. Studio A Companion: HTTP POST 127.0.0.1:8791/send with {"to":"studio-b","page":1,"row":0,"column":2}
  4. Studio B Companion: enable HTTP API (port 8000) or OSC (port 12321)

No VPN. The relay only forwards a button location. Token never goes in the Companion button.
